How do I contact Two Ruffles customer care service?

If you have anything you wish to discuss with our customer care team, please email care@tworuffles.com, and a member of the team will get back to you within 24 hours. Please, be aware that this can sometimes take up to 48 hours during busier periods. Please note that we are closed over the weekend and on public holidays. So a reply may take a little longer.

What are my delivery options?

Can I make changes to my order?

If you contact us before the order is shipped, we may be able to change the order. Sadly, any contacts made after the orders have been shipped cannot be altered or amended.

The item I am interested in is sold out; will it be restocked?

We cannot guarantee that items not available on our site will be restocked. You can, however, contact us at care@tworuffles.com for an accurate update.

Are your clothes true to size?

Most of our clothes are true to size, but kindly refer to the size guide for an accurate measurement or contact us at care@tworuffles.com for more information.

How do I apply a discount code?          

If the code you are using is valid once inputted at checkout. It will automatically apply to your shopping bag.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item to us within 14 days of purchase if the items are unworn, unperfumed, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, for now, so you will bear the cost of returning the items to us. Please contact us at care@tworuffles.com if you want an item exchanged.

Are exchanges offered?

Yes, but exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. If the size is unavailable, only then will a refund be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
