UK GURANTEED EXPRESS SPECIAL DELIVERY
Delivery by 1pm the next working day
Postcode restrictions apply when ordering a pre 1pm service:
Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day to postcodes: AB30-56, IV21-28, IV40,IV 52, IV54, KW1-14, PA28-38, PH15, 17- 26, PH31-40, PH49-50, HS1, HS3-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20 (0-9), PA41-49, PA60, PA77, KW15, KW16 (Stromness Town only), GY9 (Alderney only), ZE1 (Lerwick), HS3 . Delivery after two working days by 5.30pm for postcodes: GY1, GY9 (Sark), HS2, PA61- 75, PA78, ZE2-3. Delivery after 3 working days by 5.30pm on the third working day to postcodes: KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44.
Next Day Delivery (Monday – Friday)
Order before 6pm Monday – Friday with next day delivery to receive your order the following day. Order before 11am Saturday to receive your order the following Monday. Any orders placed after 11am Saturday will be processed the following Monday.
Postcode restrictions apply when ordering next day delivery, our couriers aim to deliver the next working day, however it can take an extra day for delivery: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3.
UK STANDARD 2-3 DAY DELIVERY
Postcode restrictions apply when ordering standard delivery, our couriers aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days however it can take an extra day for delivery: BT, GY, HS, IM JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.
Please note that standard delivery times quoted do not include any delays that may be incurred at customs. Any issues should be raised directly with your local customs office.
UK BANK HOLIDAYS
Please note our office is closed at the weekends and on Bank Holidays (in England). If you place an order at the weekend or over a Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.
Two Ruffles will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.
If Two Ruffles receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have accepted the Goods in full working order and with no issues. If goods have not been received within 14 working days, please notify us as soon as possible.
By placing an order with Two Ruffles, you accept all of our Terms & Conditions on deliveries. If we do not meet the allocated timeframe for delivery, you are entitled to a full postage refund. If you have used a free delivery service, no refund is applicable. Two Ruffles is not liable for any failed or late deliveries using our free delivery services. On occasion, our free delivery service can experience delays in dispatch. If we know your goods are going to be 'dispatched' late, we will endeavour to contact you to let you know. Sadly, we are unable to monitor every delivery once the goods have been dispatched - this will be left to the customer to track and manage. Any delays in our free delivery services will need to be dealt with by the carrier used. All contact information will be provided on request.
